If you really want change in your life, stop looking to find comfort in your negative or toxic behaviors. Stop choosing to identify with them. Understanding that there is something you want to change is enough. Understanding that you are not perfect and have certain issues is enough.
Stop telling yourself you are xyz because you will never overcome that behavior. You are not those things. Instead, tell yourself you are who you want to be. The behavior that you want to replace and take action.
Remember that growth doesn’t happen in your comfort zone. Who you were and what you did is in the past. Focus on who you want to become in the future and actively work to create a habit out of those positive changes.
Whenever you find yourself secondguessing your worth, affirm out loud I always deserve the best in life, I always deserve the best in life. Watch as your whole energy shifts, along with your self perception as well.
